Daniel L. McCune practice centers on personal injury, nursing home injury, and automobile/truck accidents. He has served on the Board of Governors of the WV Trial Lawyers Association, and is licensed to practice in West Virginia and Pennsylvania, as well as the US District and Federal Appeals Courts.

Christopher K.
