Ryan C. Rokisky focuses a majority of his practice on nursing home crisis planning. He works closely with families and the Department of Health and Human Resources to establish Medicaid eligibility for loved ones who are in need of care in a nursing facility.

S. David Wilharm obtained his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law in 2008 and is licensed and practices in the states of West Virginia and Ohio with a primary focus on oil and gas law and estate planning. 

Christopher K. Blair primarily focuses his practice on oil and gas law, fighting for the rights of oil, gas and mineral owners in the Appalachian region, and elder law/estate planning/estate administration, where he helps his clients formulate and effectuate a plan to protect themselves and their hard-earned assets.

Daniel L. McCune practice centers on personal injury, nursing home injury, and automobile/truck accidents. He has served on the Board of Governors of the WV Trial Lawyers Association, and is licensed to practice in West Virginia and Pennsylvania, as well as the US District and Federal Appeals Courts.

Jeffrey J. Rokisky’s practice primarily focuses on Elder Law and Oil and Gas.  He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.  He is an Accredited Attorney with the Veteran’s Administration, so that he may assist veterans in obtaining benefits to help pay for their long term care costs.
